Hello lovelies, and happy Friday!
I'm back with another batch of free books to share with you so you'll have plenty to keep you company this weekend and beyond.
This week, when not locked in the writing cave, I've been working on my sketching abilities. As much as writing is always my primary love, I'm a multi-passionate creative person, and tend to be of the mind that more skills can only enhance my art all-around. I've always had a knack for landscapes, florals, and silly cartoon things, but portraits and character art are beyond me. One of my goals this year is to change that!
I won't bombard you with my mediocre attempts at sketching hunky demons, just know that I'm polishing up these skills with some really exciting plans in the back of my mind if I can get to a level I'm happy with. For now, I'll leave you with a little peek behind the scenes at my planning for the demon realm. The reaches have been rearranged a bit, reimagined in some places, so don't take this as canon; it's just for funsies. 😉

If the hints in Taking the Demon's Vow have you wondering what the rest of the demon realm looks like, here's one of the first iterations I came up with while trying to get a feel for which reaches were neighbors. This has definitely changed a few times, but I still refer back to this one occasionally because I find the little icons helpful reference for myself.
As you can see, I've got a lot planned for this world that we haven't gotten a chance to see yet. I'm even missing a reach here that I completely forgot (and it plays a pretty important role in Becoming the Demon's Bride, Book 1 of the series, so we can thank ADHD for that oversight 😂)
I honestly can't wait to get to visit the other reaches. They each have so many unique and interested things going on, and I hope you'll have a great time traveling along with me.
